ASHA worked with BUPA to help position the innovations division and raise their awareness within the BUPA organisation. ASHA’s strategy included a direction for new product development showing the innovations team how to maximise their potential for innovation and increase their chances of getting new products to market by winning hearts and minds. Looking at ‘Health and Care’ ASHA wrote and developed a strategic thought-piece entitled 'Who Cares'. Incorporating a range of creative and insightful ideas designed to stimulate and inspire BUPA, ASHA paved the way for realising product ideas like BUPA Back-up Childcare and BUPA Recover.
