This is Katy. She is our young project manager. She is very organised and loves whipping everyone (nicely) into action and making sure projects get done on budget and on time. We like that. She also has a soothing Yorkshire telephone accent that we use when we have an anxious client who needs calming. Yes, sometimes it gets very stressful when all is happening at once. But Katy is on it... like a cat on a kipper.
